Hello, soul. My name is Kati Rae. I’m studying counseling, but I have wild and crazy dreams of being a lawyer or a writer. I carry more notebooks around in my purse than necessary, and I fall asleep with books in my bed. I cherish early mornings. All in all, I’m a twenty-something student who is learning to pray through breathing.
The name rae of poiema comes from my middle name (Kati Rae) and the Greek word poiema, which means “workmanship.” It refers to the scripture Ephesians 2:10, “For we are His workmanship…” In essence, I tag my personal creativity with it because it’s a “ray of God’s workmanship,” simply because creation is our response to the completeness of God.
If you struggle with any of the issues I write about, please be brave. Seek help from someone you can trust. And if you’re curious about the God I write about, feed your curiosity here: http://www.exploreGod.com.
